Organic Jungle

Luxe. BD was engaged to design and document the development application for the proposed dual occupancy located in Villawood Sydney.

Natural and lightweight facade materials were applied to this corner site, with colour and elements complimenting it's current surrounds.

​

Timber vertical battens on a backdrop of cement rendered walls are softened with a custom designed perforated aluminium screen addressing the corner of the site, disguising full height glazed walls behind - providing both privacy and intrigue.

Our dual occupancies (duplex) designs are all custom to the site and environs ensuring our future builds both unique and investment-worthy.
